It's fascinating how you play with shadows. I find this to be a very interesting effect. This type of concept has been done before, but I like your take on it with Perry. I love the quote, showcasing all of it's irony. This also reminds me of Phineas and Ferb: Across the Second Dimension, when they relize that Perry is a secret agent. Perry the Platypus is may favorite character, and it's nice to see some good fan art of him. You also did a good job replicating the art style of the show. All in all, you did a great job.
