DarkStalkers: Morrigan practice

There are some pretty anatomical issues with this: Her chin is kind of crooked and her eyebrows are pretty long, unless the hair is just exceptionally long at the ends.
The first thing I notice about the rest of her is her torso and shoulders are too wide for her head, also her right shoulder is larger than the left and the collar bones are too low.
Her arms are far too thin for the rest of her body and the clothing is too low. With her breast size and that top, her nipples would be exposed.
Another thing about her breasts is they are too round for the lack of support that is shown.

Following the breasts and torso, her waist is incredibly small.

What I suggest is have her shoulders just wide enough to accommodate one head on each side, raise her collar bones so they are just under the end on her neck and when you thicken her arms, they should create a Y shaped fold where her underarm is. Also, by raising her bust and making her chest smaller, her breasts will appear larger and less of a burden.

I'd also work on the hair as normally, it doesn't spread out like that and end in a straight line.
